How I can pay for my purchase?
Through PayPal, a payment system via the Internet that allows merchants to charge for sales made with debit and credit cards and bank accounts.
When you pay via PayPal you are using a totally secure platform. At no time does Arropame have access to your card data. If you have questions, call us and we will answer all your questions.
Can I pay directly by bank transfer?
Yes. If you prefer this method of payment we will provide you with the necessary bank information by email.
When you perform this operation you will need to provide your full name. Once we confirm that everything is in order, we will send you your order.
Note that with this purchase mode the process takes longer and you may receive your order a little bit later.
Can I place an order for a gift?
Of course, and we will be more than glad to prepare it for you as such. If you also want to include a message, we can do that too. And you can rest assured that gift orders are not sent with a receipt. Just let us know when ordering.
Can I request samples of cosmetics with my online order?
Yes, this is a good way to check out new products and brands. Also, if you want samples of something specific, send us a note when you place your order and, if we have it, we will gladly include it. If this is not possible because it is out of stock, we will select others with characteristics similar to what you are asking us for.
How I can change or cancel an order?
If you have not yet completed the purchase process, you can modify or cancel it at any time from your cart.
