Returns and guarantees
If you are unhappy with your purchase, do not worry! You will have fifteen (15) business days to request a refund counting from the date of delivery.
What do I have to do?
You will have to send us an e-mail to email@example.com specifying your order number and we will inform you all at the time.
If you live in Spain or Portugal, the return will be free and we’ll take care of everything.
And if I am abroad?
If you are anywhere else in the world, we will take care of all the management and we will refund the total minus the original shipping and return costs. The return costs will be paid by ARROPAME BI S.L., in case the products are faulty or incorrect.
ARROPAME BI S.L. will refund the amounts received with no retention and no later than thirty (30) days.
Is it possible to make changes?
It is not possible the changes between different products. Arropame Online will only change the item/s if you need another size.
Discounted products may be returned or exchanged in accordance to the current return policy but no cash refunds will be made.
What do I have to do make the change?
After contacting Arropame Online, you will must send the product to the following address: ARROPAME BI S.L., c/VILLARÍAS, Nº5, lonja 5, 48001, BILBAO, SPAIN.
The returned product will be accepted as long as the item/s fulfills the following requirements:
- The unwanted product must be in the same condition as it was shipped, and must retain the original packaging and labeling.
- The unwanted product must be returned using the same box that has been received to protect the product, or in a similar protective case in order to receive the product in our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
- You must include a copy of the delivery note inside the package and a note with the return reason.
If these requisites have been complied, we will send you an email to confirm the acceptance of the return.
What guarantees have the products of my purchase?
Users benefit for the guarantee given by the manufacturer of each product.
Any imperfections due to incorrect usage or manipulation of the products or wear and tear produced by normal use of the products, are not under guarantee.
Discounted products may have slight marks due to normal use given by exposure in any of our physical stores. This may be one of the reasons why such a product is lowered in pice, and will not be considered as tare or defective.
